Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Introductory Call (30 mins, video)

A short and friendly conversation with someone from our People team. We’ll explore your background, motivation, and what you're looking for in your next role — and give you a chance to learn more about us, too.

Stage 2

Hiring Manager Interview (30–45 mins, video)

A deeper conversation with the Hiring Manager focused on your experience, approach to work, and alignment with the role’s expectations. This is where we dig into how your strengths match up with what we’re looking for.
Stage 3

Competency Interview (60 mins, video)

You’ll meet two team members who will explore specific skills and core competencies relevant to the role. This is a structured conversation that gives us a clearer picture of how you think and work — and gives you insight into the kind of challenges you'd be working on.
Stage 4

Final Interview & Team Meet (On-site)

 This is an exciting, final step! You'll be presenting your strategic vision to our leadership team! 

The main goal is simple: Show us how you'll grow our APAC footprint. We want to see your plan for building on our existing client base and winning new logos.

The session is 90 minutes total. You have ~ 40 minutes to walk through your strategy followed by ~ 50 minutes of discussion.
