Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Introductory Call (30 mins, video)
A short and friendly conversation with someone from our People team. We’ll explore your background, motivation, and what you're looking for in your next role — and give you a chance to learn more about us, too.
- Stage 2
Hiring Manager Interview (30–45 mins, video)
A deeper conversation with the Hiring Manager focused on your experience, approach to work, and alignment with the role’s expectations. This is where we dig into how your strengths match up with what we’re looking for.
- Please be ready to give a very quick overview of your background (no more than 5 minutes).
- Be prepared to speak about any quotas you've had, your attainment, and how you’ve built your pipeline in previous roles.
- It’s also really helpful if you’ve taken the time to research FundApps and our products—we love seeing candidates who’ve done their homework!
- Throughout the conversation, try to keep your answers clear and concise. The STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) is a great structure to follow.
- Stage 3
Competency Interview (60 mins, video)
You’ll meet two team members who will explore specific skills and core competencies relevant to the role. This is a structured conversation that gives us a clearer picture of how you think and work — and gives you insight into the kind of challenges you'd be working on.
- Stage 4
Final Interview & Team Meet (On-site)
You’ll visit our office and spend time with the Hiring Manager and others from the team. This stage is about mutual fit — we’ll discuss your motivation, how you’d approach the role, and how we’d work together as a team.
