I lead the Account Management team in North America, which includes client relationships, commercial and strategic management, and new product discovery. My aim is to ensure our clients maximise their use of FundApps, utilise the FundApps products to support their current and long-term goals, and ultimately exceed expectations in elevating and automating global compliance and reporting programmes.

Commercial and Strategic Management
Working with our clients to develop their regulatory strategy, drive joint roadmaps and solutions, by understanding and prioritising their needs alongside industry trends.

New Product Discovery
Throughout the client relationship, my team will proactively partner with our clients as their trusted advisor to learn and identify what future products or services FundApps could develop to enhance their processes across compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting.

Client Relationships
Champion strong relationships across our clients, partners and key stakeholders to prioritise our clients and improve their journey with FundApps - becoming a trusted advisor in all things compliance and reporting.  

I joined FundApps in our London office as part of the Client Success team in 2019. Over the years, I've held multiple roles and managed many of our clients around the world. Most recently, I relocated to New York to establish the Account Management team at FundApps. Since then, I have been expanding the team as our client community grows, seeking individuals who are passionate about prioritising clients and executing our commercial strategy.

Before joining FundApps, I managed clients and executed strategic projects in the regulatory market and across the landscape of global financial institutions.
