Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Introductory Call (30 mins, video)
A short and friendly conversation with someone from our People team. We’ll explore your background, motivation, and what you're looking for in your next role — and give you a chance to learn more about us, too.
- Stage 2
Hiring Manager Interview (30–45 mins, video)
A deeper conversation with the Hiring Manager focused on your experience, approach to work, and alignment with the role’s expectations. This is where we dig into how your strengths match up with what we’re looking for.
- Stage 3
Competency Interview with Product (30 mins, video)
You will meet with Ben Richards, Head of Product at FundApps, and the conversation will focus on how you operate in complex B2B SaaS environments and how you drive alignment across different stakeholders.
The discussion is likely to centre around:
- Product launches and go-to-market ownership
- Partnering closely with Product and Revenue teams
- Positioning and messaging for complex products
- Prioritisation and decision-making in fast-moving environments
- Commercial thinking and marketing impact
- Working across multiple products or audiences
- How you approach enablement and internal alignment
The team will be interested in hearing practical examples where you have personally led initiatives end-to-end, particularly in environments where there are multiple moving parts, evolving priorities and close collaboration required across functions.
It would also be helpful to think about:
- How you approach understanding new or technical products quickly
- How you balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Examples of adapting plans based on product changes or market feedback
- How you evaluate whether a launch or campaign is “ready”
- Ways you’ve used AI or automation to improve efficiency, insight generation or execution in your work
They are looking for someone commercially minded who can operate with autonomy, bring structure to ambiguity and work as a genuine partner to both Product and go-to-market teams.
The conversation should feel collaborative and discussion-led rather than overly formal, so clear communication and thoughtful, structured examples will go a long way.
Let me know if you’d like to discuss anything further ahead of the interview.
- Stage 4
Competency Interview with Surveillance (30 min, video)
This interview will be more commercially and marketing focused, with an emphasis on how you think about go-to-market execution, campaign strategy, messaging and marketing impact within a complex B2B SaaS environment.
Some of the themes likely to come up include:
- How you approach GTM planning and execution across multiple products or audiences
- Building messaging and marketing narratives for technical or complex solutions
- Supporting enterprise sales cycles through targeted marketing activity
- Sales enablement and helping commercial teams communicate value effectively
- ABM strategy and campaigns focused on high-value accounts
- Prioritisation across competing launches, campaigns or business objectives
- Measuring marketing effectiveness and commercial impact
The team will also likely be interested in how you operate in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly and where marketing needs to stay closely aligned with both commercial and product teams.
It would be useful to prepare a few examples that demonstrate:
- Marketing programmes, launches or campaigns you have personally led
- Campaigns tied to measurable outcomes such as pipeline, engagement or revenue impact
- Experience working alongside Sales teams on enterprise or strategic accounts
- Messaging, positioning or enablement work for technical B2B products
- How you’ve balanced strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Times you’ve improved existing marketing processes, workflows or programmes
- Practical examples of using AI or automation to improve marketing execution, research, content development or operational efficiency
This role suits someone who is commercially minded, collaborative and comfortable operating across both strategic planning and executional delivery.
The conversation itself should feel fairly open and discussion-led, so concise examples with clear ownership, decision-making and outcomes will likely land best.
